Questions & Answers for 1000 Mile Compression Sock
Question
Tights or shorts and socks?
I am considering buying some compression tights for recovery during a 5 day cycle ride. Tights seem obvious choice but was wondering if shorts and socks would make a good alternative it would seem that individually they would have more use after.
If you are going to buy Compression socks always order a larger size they are tight to get on,just a warning they are thin up by the toes!

I'm not a cyclist, but have used compression socks for long runs and also for recovery post run and have found they make a big positive difference, my legs definitely feel fresher and recover more quickly.

This would basically provide the same benefit as you are still covering the same areas. If you would prefer to be able to wear them as separate items it would be ideal to buy the 3/4 length tights and socks instead of the tights.
