The pack comes with the mount, 2 screws and 2 cable ties. Depending on the width of the fixing holes on your pannier depends on which you use (50mm hole width = screws, any wider = cable ties).
Simply hold mount to rack, and either put screws in from the back into the mount or attach with the cable ties. Mounting instructions are included as well.

Two zip ties and two stubby slf-threading screws are supplied which can be screwed back through the carrier into the bracket. The mount fitted the holes on my Cannondale carrier and the screws feeel very secure. I would prefer to drill holes than use the zip ties.

Both screws and zip-ties are provided, so you can use the latter if the holes on the mount don't exactly align with those on your rack.

answer 4
Most racks have mounting points at the rear, usually elongated holes which allow for differing brackets widths. Just screw on from behind with the screws that are supplied.

answer 5
Two screws supplied with the bracket hold it to the rack. I have slotted holes on my rack so the fixing spacing wasn't a problem.

answer 6
It comes with a bunch of screw holes. Hopefully, you can align these with relevant holes in your rack.

This bracket is supplied with two screws for mounting to a compatible rack. There are also two cable ties included in case your rack doesn't have the screw hole mountings.

Yes, but you will probably have difficulty fitting and removing the light because of constricted space to slide it.

This adaptor attaches to the rear rack reflector plate allowing only Cateye tail lights to fit onto. It comes with 2 screws and 2 cable ties. So this adaptor can be bolted with the screws (require 50mm hole spacing) or zip-tied to rear rack.

A bit late but...

Providing your Cateye light has the standard square retainer clip on the back (I imagine all do - the 3 Cateye lights I've bought all have them) it will fit into the pannier fitting clip.

Yes, I bought the Cateye Rear Carrier Mount and I have attached the Cateye TL-LD1100 to it. Feels secure, doesn't feel like it will come out (certainly not for commuting on average roads).
