According to the Sidi website, there is one of more colour scheme available, which doesn't appear listed on wiggle.co.uk.

I wear a Shimano 46 road shoe and i have to wear thick socks since they are slightly too large for me. Would a 46 in this shoe fit better?

The shoes would be roughly the same size with Sidi being only slightly smaller than the Shimano shoes.
