The rings you want are not compatible with your standard racing cranks. You need a compact chainset

answer 2
You would need the compact to run 50/34 rings. The PCD/BCD of the standard FSA Gossamer is 130 and will not accept 110 BCD chainrings.

Question
Re: chainrings for FSA chainset
I have a FSA Gossamer 110 BCD road chainset and require a 38T or 39T chainring.

You list a 39T in black, but my existing chainrings are titanium - do have a 38 or 39 in titanium?

If not can you confirm the 39T black one is compatible with my Gossamer chainset?

answer 2
You will need to use a 130 PCD/BCD ring to fit the cranks you have. I would also recommend sticking to the current ratio unless your front derailleur can handle a larger gap then most. You should be sure that your deraillaur can handle a 19t gap between the two rings.

The 7900 chainrings are designed specifically for the 7900 uni-directional chainset. You should not use these unless you have a Dura Ace 7900 chainset already.

This is a 10 speed ring, I would not recommend using it with a 7/8 speed chain. The chain is too wide and I can't guarantee it will work.

Are these FSA 34t chain rings compatible with 105 compact?
The ones i have on are marked up with:
SG-X 9s/10s 34-f and just 50-F on the outer.
I think it's a hollow tech ll.
