limits of use

Can this product be applied before putting a wetsuit on, or will it react with the rubber and start degrading it?
Would be good for triathlon use if it can.

I can't answer the question directly, but the product is aimed at relaxing muscles after exercise rather than prior to it.

I've used it and it's mainly water based but not sure if I'd want to apply it and then put a wet-suit over the top.

yes you can use this for swimming and it shouldn't damage your wetsuit as it has no petroleum based products in the ingredients.

is it true?

that one cannot wear clothes above Elite 03one ThermoGel forte warming cream? One review says that it does not work if you apply that cream and then wear trousers above, for instance.

So not true, I waer it with shorts on cool days, but mainly under leg warmers, knee warmers and tights on very cold days and it does the job perfectly!

I've worn it under bib-longs with no ill effects to me or the clothing - rubs in well so no mess unlike some creams I've used - great product
