Wearing these underneath a neoprene wetsuit?
I am looking for something to wear underneath my wetsuit as it is annoying/embarrassing when I go surfing and then want to take off my wetsuit afterwards, wearing nothing underneath.

I was thinking a pair of tight, form-fitting briefs like this would be good to wear underneath to have some modesty while getting changed. Not sure it it will get damaged or cause chafing though?
