If your Centaur derailleur was 10 speed then this will be fine, you can either measure your old mech from Upper to lower pulley-axle center, the Record mech is 55mm(short), 72.5mm(medium), or base your choice on your cassette ratio. If you have a wide ratio cassette with 27 teeth or larger then the long cage would be the better choice.
