Depends on your weight
body weight 50kg = 3 scoops (75g)
body weight 50-65kg = 4 scoops (100g)
body weight 65-80kg = 5 scoops (125g)

It's a 1500g tub so you'd get 15 servings if you used 4 scoops per drink.

Mix level depends on body weight so number of servings will vary depending on bodyweight and required scoops per serving.
