Can the side panniers be used as pockets?
What I mean by this is, can you put lights etc in the side pannier pockets when they are not folded down, as if they were just a zipped pocket rather than a pannier? I'd need to use a folded down pannier on one side for bigger items and not folded down on the other to store lights, levers etc. I hope that's clear.

Yeah you can there is a bit of room. I keep keys and tools in them.
