Only a small handle at the top. OK for carrying short distances. There are 2 hooks so you could probably attach your own strap

Yes, a small one hand type. There are two D rings at the top corners if you want to fit a shoulder strap.

Pretty much any, I think. It fits by two hooks at the top, which can slide to adjust and a horizontal hook lower down, also adjustable. A small upside down hook at the top swivels out to lock it in place. Lost the instructions but from memory 5 - 10 mm dia bars are OK.

The Arran 16 pannier uses a standard pannier fitting so most racks will be fine. Pick a rack that you like the look of and which suits your bike. As a recommendation I usually point towards Blackburn racks as they offer a lifetime warranty and fit the majority of panniers.

I would recommend using a Topeak Dual Side frame which is designed for this purpose.
