Question
How secure is the fixing system?
I have had some panniers in the past that have had very poor fixing systems and have "jumnped" off the rack going over bumps.

What's it like on this model? Thanks

I've taken it loaded over cobblestones and pitted roads without issue. Two hooks go over the rack, then two "pins" come out underneath that bar to hold the bag gripped to the bar.

This pannier has two, top spring-loaded fixing clips that stop vertical movement and a bottom fixing arm to stop horizontal movement. All fixings are adjustable. I've used this pannier this week and have had no problems with movement over rough paths and the occasional unavoidable pot-hole.

Only had it for a few weeks but no problems yet and have tried it on relatively bumpy cycle path. Also very easy to get off at end of ride (with frozen solid fingers!!)

How does it close
Just wondering what the internal closure is like - is it a drawcord? Is it one large compartment or does it have separate pockets.

Insdie the pannier is a dryling pouch with drawcord. The top of the pannier sits a good 2-3 inches below the drawcord making this very waterproof. I was in too minds about shelling out the best part of £45 quid but i wanted waterproof and this is. Ive been out in some serious weather and the inside of the pannier has always been bone dry.
Get one you wont regret it.

it doesn't have a shoulder strap, but it has d-rings so you can use one of your own - or you can buy one relatively cheap.

Hi, I bought this pannier and now I have also purchased a new rack with thicker bars. My pannier now doesn't fit - are there diiferent clips available for larger rack bars.
