What is the width of the mounting on the handle bars? What size Width.height,depth of bag?(outside size of bag)

Mounting bracket is 85mm wide. Bag measures 270mm x 200mm x 155mm.

I would suggest returning the whole product for a replacement, sounds like there may have been a dodgy batch of maps.
