How well secured is the bottle in relation to the belt?
I want to use it for fell running but dont really want the bottle to fall out easily when sliding downhill on my rear. I appriciate its not bulletproof but how is the bottle secured into the pouch?

They do not come with bottles but there is a bungee style cord that loops over the bottle neck to stop it being ejected.
