answer 2
No, it doesn't - you have to buy separately.
I didn't have removable valve cores either, so did it the basic way - unseat the tyre slightly to create a well, pour in the required amount (there is a clear measure gauge down the side of the bottle), reseat the tyre (gingerly to keep mess to a minimum) and then pump like fury to get the tyre back up to pressure.
Not as messy as you might think!
answer 3
It includes a measuring scoop and it also has a spout with a cap much like what you find on liquid glue bottles.

answer 4
this product comes with a filing cup and a valve funnel, so you can either fill the tyre using the cup before putting the last half of the tyre on, or fill the tyre via the valve. A search on youtube will show the various methods of application.

answer 7
No. Injector can be bought separately. But i just added it directly into tyre. If you are going to go tubeless you'll have to inflate tyre at first, and if you succeed, you'll then add sealant into the tyre directly cause you'll have to go with sealing only after you can successfully inflate tyre (sealant would help with inflating).
Recommend to watch whole movie of installation.

answer 8
There is a nozzle on the bottle but it won't inject the liquid through the valves. I just pour the sealant into the tyre before mounting the last few inches of bead. I have tried the injector system, but it needs removable valve cores and a syringe, and it is still manages to be messier, in my opinion.
