Yes, you push the computer unit in it's mounting bracket and twist and it pops out so you can take it with you. A simple push and twist places it back into the bracket when you return.

answer 2
The CS200CAD has a menu option to switch between 2 bikes, so that your wheel size settings are preserved when you switch between them. There is no synchronise process when you set it up so a new set of sensors on a second bike should work straight out of the box.

answer 3
The polar has settings for Bike 1 and Bike 2 so yes, you should be OK. I'm thinking of getting a second set of sensors myself for my training bike.

I have it mounted on the stem of all three bikes I use it on. It can be a bit fiddely if you have short stems like I do but you can turn the mounting bracket by 45deg for stem mounting.

The brackets and speed sensor are all included.

The "CS200CAD" includes the Cadence sensor and the "CS200" does not.

Yes it could easily fit and work on the chain stays. The sensor itself is slimline enough and the wheel magnet gives plenty of adjustment.

answer 2
I tried to mount a CS cadence sensor to the chainstay, but it was about 10cm out of range for a CS400 unit on the stem and I had to mount on the downtube. I guess probably the same for the speed sensor - I think they recommend 80cm max. The WIND cadence sensor is shown mounted on the chainstay on the film on the polar website, but they may have a better range.

I own a CS200cad and it's powered by a CR2032 battery that you can change by yourself (no need to send it to a service center).

answer 2
The battery is 2032 I think, same as in most watches. It won't need recharging and can't be recharged. I have two Polar computers and the oldest one, also a CS200, which is maybe three years old got its second battery just before xmas. Polar afters sales service is also very good. No I don't work @ Polar.

As far as i am aware there is no wrist strap for this. Also on the underside there are some holes (poss for the sound) so i would'nt like to stick mine in a bucket let alone the washing machine you find yourself in on the swim leg of a tri.

I would not recommend this for swimmning as it is designed solely for cycling, and therefore, would not be water resistant.
