Forget it.
It won't work around the steering tube
spacers.
There is not enough length of tongue, the curvature of solid parts of bracket is too
tight and the tongue would require an
acute reverse bend that can't be done.

The bracket probably wouldn't support
the weight of a light on its side.

If you need extra handlebar space
maybe look at bar extenders.

There is about 7.5 deg to either L or R
lateral movement allowed. This can
only be done before bracket is tightened.

There is a rubber pad near the adjusting knob to grip onto the handlebar, which is a much better design than the one I previously had with the separate rubber strip that kept falling out!
