No skewer, wheel nuts sit in cups, so have to take off quick release. Simple variable resistance.

We do not have any shelf stock to check but most trainers do come with a skewer. As stated in the description the trainer has a 5 level magnetic resistance unit.

Question
Can I use this with a hybrid bike?
I have a ridgeback motion hybrid bike.
It uses a 700 x38c tyre.
1. Is this bike compatible with this turbo trainer?
2. Would I need to purchase a training tyre and if so what would you recommend?
A ladies mounting bike will fit the trainer. The trainer clamps the rear quick release so as long as you have a standard rear quick release you should be fine.
Shipment to Australian addresses can be between 5 and 15 days depending on customs and unavoidable delays.

If you need to use 24" wheels I would recommend the Minoura Gyro V270 trainer as linked below.

Yes your wheel is a standard 700c wheel so you won't have a problem using this trainer with your wheel size.
