Does the light come with a fixing to allow it to be clipped onto the back of a saddle bag?

answer 1
Yes. It comes with a separate fitting so you can attach it to something like a TopPeak saddle pack. Note though, if you go over something considerably bumpy (like up a curb) then it can sometimes pop out and land on the floor. I've fixed this by using some cable ties to stop it from being able to bounce out.

Yes, a belt-clip style mounting - I have mine mounted on the back of a Topeak saddle bag that has a little loop to mount a light on.

No - this one can not be rotated at all. There is another Cateye light that can rotate 90 degree but not this one
answered 10 months ago
by
CraigOS
answer 2
No it doesn't.
I think it would mess up the beam shape if rotated.
Also one of the things I like about the light is the LEDs at the side, improving side-on visibility, which you wouldn't get if rotated.

yes, the only reason I buy Cateye lights is that the rear brackets are pretty much the same throughout the range. I bought extra ones from Wiggle. use the search,

answer 2
Yes the bracket can be bought separately. It comes in two parts, the Cateye light clamp SP7 or SP6 depending on the circumference of your seat post (SP7 is wider) and the LD120/500/AU100/LD600/1000 tail light bracket.
Both parts are pretty cheap and well worth the purchase.

You will need to order two parts for the whole bracket, the Cateye LD120/500/AU100/LD600/1000 Tail Light Bracket and the Cateye Rear Light Clamp in the correct size for your seatpost.
