We do not currently have any dates on the 3rd edition being added to the site. The 3rd edition will cover new technologies and models and include new techniques.

How's the detail in this book?
I already own Park Tools BBB, and have found it to be good for overall but lacking in specifics. I've even added some 20 pages of information I found on the tinterweb for my side-pull caliper.

How much detail does this book go in to compared to the BBB?

Lots more detail and includes Campo stuff which the other one doesn't. Diagrams are great. Get it, you won't be sorry.

The Zinn range of books go into more depth than the Park BBB. They explain why, which helps understand how the equipment works.
