The packaging says to add 2.5 scoops to 500 ml water. That equates to 47g of powder, which has 45 g carbohydrate, of which 16 g is sugars, 29g maltodextrin. Personally, though, I make it up to be slightly more diluted than the packaging recommends.

How do you get rid of the smell of High-5 once it has been in a bottle?
I have tried everything but the smell persists. tastes good but once in a bottle, that's it - the smell can never be removed!

I wash out my camelbak with a milton tablet. Rinse it afterwards then freeze it. It has never smelt

Yes I think so. I have certainly used this before several sportives and longer 60+ mile rides and it seems to have worked well. I usually drink a 500ml bottle on the way to the event along and then use a couple of bottles during the event I am no expert but this works for me
