Depends on width. On my 28s 60-90 PSI is listed on the website but 85 PSI is printed on the sidewall as the max. Check the Vittoria website:

These tyres are the Vittoria Randonneur (not the Pro foldable version).

For the 700*28 tyre the max stated on the sidewall is 80 psi but I have run them up to 100psi with no problems for ~6 months.

The stated maximum is 70psi, although I normally run mine at 80.

The tyrewall states 85psi, I am running at 100psi with no problems.

No, these are for 700c or 622x... size rims. Look for MTB version eg "Vittoria Randonneur Pro MTB Tyre"

These will only fit 700c (or 622x....) rims. You will need approx 700x28-38 tubes.

There is a MTB version "Vittoria Randonneur Pro MTB Tyre" available in 26x1.5"

I was running a 700x23 on a track bike and this one fitted OK. So, unless the clearance that you have on your fork is less than 1cm, it should be OK
