Its more of an aerobic shake than a muscle building shake. Ratio of protein to carbs is pretty low. Whey protien shakes are actually good at keeping weight low if coupled with a lower calorie diet as they promote a feeling of fullness

Question
How many servings from the 1.6kg tub?
In the description here in Wiggle, i read that you will need 66gr of the product to make a 400ml serving, which is 82.5gr for a 500ml serving.
In High5's website it says that each 1.6kg tube makes 15x500ml servings which means that you need 107gr for a 500ml serving.
Which one is true?

answer 2
I use 50g per bottle, but I'm a small woman and this seems to be great for a small water bottle. The individual sachets that SIS sells are also 50g so I'd say that is the correct amount, unless you are using a large water bottle, where you may want to use more.
