How many in a package, do they work with hydraulic disk brakes.

They come in a pair as i bought some avid speed dial 7 levers a while ago from wiggle for around £20.69. So i can't undestand why you'd want to buy these as they're the same functions. They will work with cable operated disc brakes like avid BB5's and 7's but hydraulic??? Are you sure you know what your looking at as these are cable operated levers.
