There's lots of space but no slot (internal or external) specifically designed for a water bottle.

there is plenty of room for a water bottle IN the rucksack but there is no outside pocket to put a bottle in for easy access.

the bag is big, you could put a cask of water in there if you wanted.

There's only a small pouch that fits small items like mobiles/pens/pencils. Loads of room inside but no facility to store a water bottle (or anything else) on the outside

There is no specific place for one, but you could use a Camelbak Unbottle in any bag without a specific bladder section.

Yes, but you'd need a protective sleeve.

Yes you can, my 15¨ MBP goes in easy with a quite heavily padded sleeve. Which is BTW what I recommend.

The pack is not set up to work as a pannier, you would need to do some home modifications to make it fit like that.

Nope the backpack is not reflective and you would struggle to attach anything but an adhesive light mount to the pack.

SOme of the little loops are highly reflective and there's plenty of scope for sticking lights on to bits of cord and strap on the pack.

Are all the bags the same?
I noticed that the Ortlieb Velocity White Line (with the logo) has some additional hooks on the front which allows for a lights to be placed on it.
I have below a link to the product on the below which clearly shows this additional strap.
