I suggest you buy Microfin in size 40/41, but 42/43 if you considered your feet are 'wider'.
My shoe size is UK(female) 6.5, Euro 40
I bought Microfin in size 38/39 (with consideration that my feet are not 'so wide') and they are perfectly fit to my feet.

40/41 or 6/7. My shoe size is UK7 Euro 41 but there is definitely a bit of room for an extra half size as long as you don't have very broad feet.

I would go for the size 8 (UK) as there are inserts you can use to help get a good fit. I am a size 7 and got the 6/7 and they are pretty snug
