answer 1
They do not come with a retaining cord. A hard case and three sets of lenses is everything

answer 2
No but as they sit on my face without moving I don't see this as a problem. If you wear normal cycling tops there should always be space in one the three rear pockets on your cycling jersey to stow them when not in use.

No this is just plain plastic. However there are rubber grips on the side arms which do the job of keeping them in place instead.

answer 2
No, but I've used mine extensively now and they're comfortable without. The rubber blobs at the end of the arms keep the specs where you put them....no sliding!

answer 3
No, it's nicely shaped smooth plastic. The arms have little rubber grippers above the ears, and the glasses are comfortable and don't move around at all.

As mentioned previously, they are a single mould plastic with no rubber nose piece. You may think that this would be a problem, but I've worn them for countless hours and they are very comfortable without.

Yes, and they are very comfortable. A bit softer than the cheap ones, which makes these more comfortable. They also don't fall off and don't sigh down on your nose.

It's a bit fiddley - I just flexed the frame a bit and the lens flicked out

answer 3
The frames are flexible so you just bend them slightly to remove and fit the lenses.
answered 1 year, 8 months ago
by
beermagic
answer 4
To remove lens:

grip lens and pull out from the nose bridge end via the groove in the nose bridge. frame will need to be flexed a bit.

To fit lens:

push the outside lens notch into the arm end of frame and then slide the other side of the len into place via the groove in the nose bridge. Frame will flex to allow this. You may need to 'wiggle' the lens at the last stage to ensure it slides into the top of the frame.

answer 6
You have to grab the frame of the glasses firmly in the middle where your nose would go in one hand and with the other hand hold the other part of the frame where the arm meets it and gently lift so that the lens drops out!

answer 7
First lens change is very stiff but pull really hard on the lens whilst holding the bridge and the end of the lens in the bridge should pop out,but you need to use a LOT of force.

As a tall man with a reasonably large hat size, I find the dhp triples pretty large. In width they're fine for me, but the straight-back arms extend well back of my ears and can hit my helmet strap.

I bought a regular pair of these DHB glasses 2 weeks ago, (having not realised that there was such a thing as 'ladies fit glasses' - maybe this could be clearer in the info provided?). I am usually a size 10 and although tall, my face isn't particularly big or chunky. I am happy to report that having just returned from a week abroad on holiday, I used them for both cycling and running, and can only say that they were great. No problems with them falling off or feeling too big. One happy customer.

I have a large male head and they fit fine. my adult daughter who is quite petite at 5' 3" has tried them on and they fit ok but curving round the side of the head. In fact they are wider than her head. There is no way any bugs or un-screened sunlight would get past them into your eyes. It just depends on how wide your face is really. I doubt this has helped.

If you hold the glasses by the arms with the lenses closest to you, put your fingers over the top of the frame (above the lens you want to remove), and with the same hand put your thumb at the bottom corner of the lens, closest to where your nose would be. If you gently push the frame by lifting the arm upward and pushing the top of the frame in the middle downward (almost as though you were trying to snap the glasses in two down the middle), whilst pulling on the lens gently with your thumb, it should pop right out.

The lenses are single and really easy to change between the different types, you have to be a little firm and you do worry that you're going to break something. Have had mine for over a year and had no problems, in fact I have two pairs.
The only down side to these is you can't buy replacement lenses.

answer 3
The standard triple lens glasses use two individual lenses, it sounds like you have the dhb Pro triple lens glasses. These use a single lens which should be removed nose first. You can pull the centre of the lens out of the frame and then flex the lens slightly to allow enough slack to unhook the two sides of the lens. Takes some practice but is simple with some practice.

Unhook from the nose first by pulling away and down. The lense then slides out.

Fitting is the other way round. Insert the side closest to the arm of the glasses, then push up the nose end and it clicks in quite easily.

Was a little stiff initially on mine but didn't take long to get the hang of it.
