The sensor includes all the mounting bits and the magnet which is glued and taped to the crank.

No the Polar 720i uses the WIND sensor which is digital 2.4GHz. The CS cadence sensor uses the coded 5kHz system.

Can I use CS cadence sensor or WIND cadence sensor for S725 ? (I am using S725 NOT S725x, I think) Because my S-series Cadence sensor is dead and I find no one going to sell the S-series one.

You probably need to open up the S-series sensor and replace the battery. This probably involves cracking the case round the weld then gluing it together afterward! The Polar website seems incredibly unhelpful when trying to find compatible parts for the S-series sensor!
