I've used it to stop joggers nipple whether cold or hot & it's worked a treat. Also not as messy as vasaline

Bodyglide will work to a certain extent, but I'd go with zinc oxide physio tape for the nipples as it sticks really well and does the job very effectively.

I wouldn't bother. Vaseline is cheaper and does the job fine.

I use run of the mill sticking plasters; they work a treat!

I've used bodyglide for this, and it does work (it feels a bit strange at first, but you soon get used to it)

not too sure about body glide. Can't beat vaseline and plasters.

Yes, alternatively for a long distance solution I use waterproof plasters.

not sure about that bit is worth a try at the price. If not try Nipguards available from Wiggle, may need to shave around nipples first to ensure they stick and skin must be dry and clean when sticking on but they do work
