Is this Fixer 5 the same as other Fixer 5s?
When I look at this picture, it looks different than the Fixer 5 on the Topeak website. The one on the Topeak website has the security cable, that this picture doesn't have.

I want to order it, but am not sure if its the same one that I want.

Yes the Cable is there
as it wraps underneath the product the photo does not show it

This bracket comes as shown in the picture plus spacers and does not come with a security cable.
