Customer Questions & Answers for
Mueller Jumpers Knee Strap

The Jumper's Knee Strap is designed to improve patellar tracking and elevation by applying mild pressure on the tendon below the kneecap. This helps reduce the effects caused by frequent running and jumping and provides relief from chondromalacia (irritated kneecap).

answer 4
Will be fine for cycling because it's so adjustable. Although stronger quads is always the answer for cycling related knee pain - check your saddle height to make sure you have no side rotation through your knees.

answer 5
Yes absolutely. I use mine for cycling it esp helps when going up hill. It takes a lot of the pressure off your patella. After a 30 mile ride i had no pain the following day as i normally would.

ITB is best addressed by wearing it under the knee. Not so sure wearing it above will achieve anything. If pain persists see your physio.

It's worth a try, considering the great value. It will act as mild compression on a specific area which may be what you need.

It probably would not be long enough so I doubt it.

The strap is designed to be fitted below the knee cap, that being said I can't think of a reason why you couldn't use it elsewhere. I would advise contacting Mueller directly to be sure though or speak to your doctor.
