Should do. any derailleur is just a dumb part that moves as far as it's instructed to (ie by the lenght of cable that is pulled by the shifter). Only issues can be between cassette and shifter as sprocket spacing needs to be same as shifter moves the derailleur. Hope that helps.

The Dura Ace 7900 brings in a new cable pull ratio for the front derailleur meaning that this will not work with the 7900 shifters. You will need to purchase a 7900 front mech to match.
