There is 2 rolls one for each handle bar, there was plenty on each roll so I had to cut it to length, plus some short strips to put behind the hoods to ensure non of the bar is exposed.

Packet has two rolls of tape - one for each side of bar. Plus the little 3 inch bits to cover the rear of the break levers and matching electrical tape and bar ends.

There are two lines of tape, to do two bars. You need to get it right though, as there isn't loads of extra tape if you like a tight fit and have wide bars!

The pack comes with 2 rolls, 2 pieces of tape and 2 bar-end plugs so should be enough for both sides of a drop bar (unless you have very wide bars or wrap it really closely overlapped)

It looks like there might be a small amount of reflective material in the design of the logo, but it really isn't very significant. Check out the photo...

answer 1
The Easton tape is adhesive backed and then you seal it with the tape provided. I used some electrical tape to reinforce this because it did not feel quite secure enough and I could not have it unwinding whilst on the road.

You tend to shove a bit of the tape inside your bars then ram the plugs in to get a tight fit that grips the tape, if you have more space to fill you wrap the end of the plug in the tape too
