I would suggest large. The large paddles are 8" long and 6" wide.

I have relatively small hands and I bought the large paddles and they are just about spot on for me

Large will fit far better, have tried both and for a man large is far more suitable

I would recommend the medium, i went for large and its a "bit" bigger than first thought.

Adults are generally the large and the medium is for children/juniors.
