Nope, it's just a shell facing tool. No thread cutting heads are included. You have to buy a different tool to chase the threads.

Turns out it doesn't, which is a bit disappointing.

It does come with the guides but not taps.

This tool is not a thread chaser, it's only a shell facing tool. So no, it doesn't have insert guides for threads. This tool only has a "guide" that fits into the opposite cup to ensure that the cutting head is cutting squarely.

I think it can be used with taps but I don't know. It is a different design than they show in the instruction book and looks like taps would work but I don't know if they are available. I only needed it for facing.

The cutting face is 44mm outside diameter.

These are guides to go inside the BB on the side that is being faced. One of these will fit English threaded BBs and the other will fit Italian threaded BBs - pick the right one, by seeing which will fit inside the BB.

Then the side of this part with the round end (rather than the other end with flats on it) will fit inside the cutter and ensure that it doesn't move around too much when doing the facing on the BB shell.
