A4 sheet of black scotchlite, black in colour but reflects as white in the dark.

I don't see why not, I've used it on my carbon frame. Check your frame manufacturer's literature I suppose if you want to be sure.

Naturally, you can't see through it so you won't see the weavy goodness of your frame, but yes, it sticks fine and does what it is meant to do.

I added it to carbon fibre forks and carbon fibre seat stays and have had no problems at all.

The frame material doesn't make a difference. Carbon fibre is varnished anyway so the vinyl will be on the varnish, not the carbon. The one caveat is that this vinyl isn't easy to get off - not such a big deal with aluminium but to scrape it off carbon might risk chipping the varnish.

I don't think so. It is suitable for hard, rigid surfaces, not fabric.

I doubt that reflector tape glue will hold through a wash or rain cycle. Might hold for a one-off application.

I guess so, once stuck down very hard to get up again. To be honest i'd be more inclined to buy a Ronhill slapband and wear that instead of potentially damaging your jacket.

Safe on helmets?
I know it is designed for helmets but does it void any warranties if used? Or make them unsafe? Often there are warnings on helmets NOT to put stickers on.
