How do I choose which size?
What are the exact measurements of the medium and large masks, and how do I measure myself for fit? Are the important measurements the circumferences of your head and neck?

I don't want to spend nearly £30 on something which will either crush my skull or dangle around my neck.

I wear a 58cm hat size and the large is uncomfortably small. Not wearable for me.

The mask goes around the jaw part of you face and fixes at the base of your skull. I'm female with an average-sized head. I got a medium and it fits perfectly.

The general rule for this product is medium for ladies and large for men.If you have a particularly small head and are a man that maybe the medium would be best and vice versa.
