The only hassle with wearing glasses whilst wearing this mask is that when you stop cycling at traffic lights etc. your glasses tend to steam up... I wear clear glasses to protect my eyes and this can be a bit of a pain...or the glasses sit slightly on top of the mask and jiggle around a bit - it's not dreadful, but be forewarned. Obviously worse in Winter with cold glasses and warm breath...

I wear glasses and have commuted for 2 years on daily basis. It is a tight fit but it's never concerned me.
The aluminum nose piece can touch the frame\lenses so I push it forward a little and rest them on the fabric. If it's a problem try a smaller size, better to have some protection than none.

Looks the same to me. All the Wiggle products I've received, including a Respro mask, have been genuine\original supplier.
