This should be absolutely fine under a swimsuit or wetsuit, because it is not petroleum based like some creams. In my experience it washes out well too.

Yes I use under my skins's directly onto the skin and have not had any problems.

yes it is. it is a natural product. haven't had any issues of conflict with a wetsuit and the anti chafe.
I use an orca wetsuit.
