I want to know whether the
Shimano 105 Black (5700) 10 Spd Rear Gear Short (SS) derailleur will be able to fit onto this front mech hanger, as the picture (option C) seems to lack depth to hold the rear derailleur in place

Thread depth is standard so would be fine with shimano 105 derailleur.
