The new Centaur cassette uses single sprockets which are machined to fit directly onto the freehub spline, these are then spaced with plastic spacers.

Any of the 10 speed campag cassettes will work, they all have the same spacing.

Hey mate,

You will have a lot of trouble, the gears will never work and an 8sp chain is too fat to fit on the 10sp cassette. The only way around it would be to change your cranks, chain, deraileur and shifters to be able to fit the 10sp cassette. If it was me I'd stick with the 8sp

Would this be a suitable replacement for old daytona cassettes?

I have an old cinelli with a daytona groupset, would this casstte fit in as a replacement? The daytona is 10 speed.

Yes this should be fine, both the Centaur and Daytona Cassettes are Ultra Drive 10 speed so there shouldn't be any problems.

This depends on your derailleur limits. You should check what model of derailleur you have and either contact us at sales@wiggle.co.uk or contact Campagnolo to make sure that the derailleur can run with a 13-29.
