the front guard comes with elastic bands that feed through holes and attach to hooks on the underside - so it doesn't matter what shape your diagonal tube is !! full fitting instructions are on the packaging.

answer 2
The front guard that goes on the down tube has a groove for a round shaped tube, but the nature of securing it to the frame should give you no problems, providing that the down tube isn't too wide. The guard is secured to the bike with two very strong rubber bands. You may need to give them a little stretch if the down tube doesn't slot nicely into the groove. If your down tube is too wide and is more like a square shape it may not fit in that groove at all, and those bands are quite tight. See the attatched photos.

I would expect so - the front guard has two o-rings which stratch round the tube.

do not know for sure! but the fittings are like big elastic bands as long as the overall circumference is not that different should be no problem!!

I ride a Giant XTC 2010 and I have a square cross section downtube, the elastic straps are strong and generally hold the mudguard in place regardless of the shape of the tube. It may sit differently on the Specialized Rockhopper, without seeing one I couldn't be sure.

It uses two heavy duty elastic bands which can be manoeuvred around your cables

answer 2
The mudguard should fit the Trek 7.3FX as it has a rounded downtube. The cables will run or be trapped by the mudguard, you can either cut a hole in the mudguard to allow movement for the cables or if you have bottle mounts there you can use these to mount the mudgaurd allowing room for the cables. Crud catchers aren't really ideal for downtube routed cables.

Yes easy to fit, but use the right Shim on the rear guard otherwise trick to remove later on as spindle tends to turn around in spline, then come the drilling and tools time.

I am unfamiliar with the profile of the downtube on the Sirrus Sport so can't guarantee a good fit, the rear mudguard will fit but if the downtube is too wide you may have issues with the front mudguard. If the downtube has a rounded profile to the underside of the tube you should be fine.

The catcher attaches using 2 pretty strong bands, however, in order for it to remain in place, the portion of your bike facing forward to the ground doesn't have to be circular. Oval wouldn't be a problem.

Yeah, it will do. The front guard is fitted with o-rings so they will stretch around the tube with space for cables to run between the guard and tube.

Question
Does it work with pannier rack?
I wish to know if this mudguard works with a pannier rack (for rear wheel). If not, what other brands would work?

If you pannier rack incorporates a solid horizontal top plate (carry rack), I would say no, or only have minimal effect as the top plate would be just as effective as a mudguard. My Topeak rack (similar to a Topeak Super Tourist Rear Rack) does the job. I bought a set for the front gaurd only and put the rear on the other half's bike which doest have a rack system.
