Yes it does. This is the light I've got and bought this bracket to replace the one I broke.

Short answer is 'Yes'. This is a snug fit but I'm using it successfully with an LD1100 and removing the light when I leave the bike. Just needs a bit of a wiggle to remove (no pun intended). At least it won't come off during the ride !

Yes, I am using it with my LD1100 and it fits in securely and the catch underneath releases it when required.

I couldn't guarantee it, but the TL LD1100 and the TL LD1000 look identical in casing to me, so I can't see why not, it seems that almost all the 'norma'l cateye tail lights use the same bracket system - which is convenient.

yeah mine does.
this bracket feels slightly stiff when removing your light but give it a few weeks of use & it feels fine now.
that's not because of the sizing, the plastic is just less flexible than the standard bracket that they supply free with your light.
