I would say Size M would fit anything from a UK 6 to UK 8. I wear a European size 41 Cycle shoe and the Size M fitted me fine.

I am an 11 UK shoe and bought the L sock. My Brother is a 7UK shoe and he got the M sock. Both fit great. Hope that helps?
