Yes, probably. They never changed their cleats for years until the recent keo system came in.;

The Delta cleats were used on the older Look pedal systems that pre-dates the current Keo system.

It is advised that only own brand cleats are used with the same brand of pedal, this is to avoid possible uwanted declipping of your shoes from the pedals.

You will have to buy the more expensive Keo cleats.

Can I use other cleats?
I got BBB Look Pedals which came with these Delta Look cleats. I am finding it extremely difficult to clip out, especially after cycling for a while, as legs get more tired. I have bruises on my knee from clipping out i have to use such force. Can i use other cleats on these pedals or do i have to use Delta Look?

BBB do produce their own cleats which may be a more relaxed fit, also you should check to see if there is a tension adjustment that will allow you to unclip more easily.

We have no experience with BBB pedals but from what I have found online the Delta cleats should work with them, we can't guarantee this though.
