Yes, the shifters come with cables, cable end stops, plastic bottom bracket cable guide and cable housings.

The friction shifter for the chain ring would work. Not sure about the shifter for the cluster.

Yes, and cable covers for use under bar-tape.

Cables are included. The rear cable has only short outer cable shields for the part that fits under the bar tape, and the final piece to the gear unit.
Both cables have a protective routing shield that the the bar tape covers.

I don't know why the photo shows the shifter the wrong war around. I bought a set of these from Wiggle and they are opposite to what is shown in the photo on the Wiggle site.
