This is the clamp for your rear light but remember to get the bracket that your light fits on to (also available through Wiggle). Check the tube diameter before you order

After checking the "Cateye Small Parts List(Sept.2007).pdf" linked to http://knowledgebase.cateye.com/questions/76/Small+Parts+Compatibility+List , I can say yes, brackets still are on the market for these two types.
The compatibility for head light HL-MC200 is on page 3 and for tail light TL-LD600 is on page 6.
