Yes, the adjustment is quite clever. The top surface of the post, directly below the bracket, is slightly (convexly) curved and has ridges on it. The under-side of the bracket is slightly (convexly) curved in the opposite direction and has matching ridges. So there's quite a degree of adjustment you can achive between these two faces, then clamp it down with the retaining bolt and you're done. I've had this for a few weeks now and it's rock solid.

Loosen the single locking allen key bolt and the clamp can be moved along the post head to angle the seat forward or backward.

You can tilt the seat forwards and backwards with this seatpost before tightening the saddle clamp.
