Question
What size will this shim make my seat post?
Ive never used a shim. I can only assume that it fits on the outside of the seat post to make it a size large to fit into the frame.

My question is: What size is this shim? What size will it make a 25.4 seat post?

Shim goes into seat stem. If you have a 25.4mm then the size shim you need is the 25.0--25.4. But check this again because the seat posts come in 25 and 27.2. A 25mm post should fit your bike without a shim and the 27.2 post will not fit ever.

This product will not fit your seatpost, it only fits 25.0mm seatposts. You should be able to find a shim to convert your seatpost to any larger diameter but this is not the one for you.
