Inner cable jacket
The inner cable jacket is really great and really keeps dirt out of the system. However mine have now become frayed, is there a way to buy *just* the plastic cable casing.

(Just to disambiguate, I'm talking about the plastic casing that slots inside the outer casing and covers the entire cable)
