Its center ridge rolls over broken pavement and works on dirt roads as well. A multitude of sizes and configurations make finding the proper size a breeze. An excellent value for commuting or touring cycling. Tourguard is an Aramid fiber belt placed under the tread to improve puncture resistance without increasing tyre weight or sacrificing performance.

This version is rigid on wiggle but for significantly more foldable ones are available.

Will this tyre fit a defy 2.5?
I have a defy2.5 - with Alex DA22 700c rims - will the 700x28 fit or am I safer going for the 700x25? Using for C2C in a month or so?

I have had Pasela TG's on Alex DA22 rims
in both 700x28 and 700x25 - Both fit these rims fine !

You should stick to the 25c size as you have had contact problems with your brakes on 28c tyres.

Many forums would recommend that you keep tyre pressure below 80psi and inflate the tyre slowly to allow the tyre to grip the side wall of the rim, most people are happy to do this and don't have any future issues. Unfortunately we can't recommend using these tyres on anything but hooked rims due to possible safety issues from the bead coming away from the rim during use.
